December Makeup Haul!

Gooood afternoon everyone! Finally I am posting this! So sorry I took days to post this but let’s get right into it!

This is probably the best thing I got out of everything in December! It’s the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette. I’ve wanted this for months and I’m in love, it’s so pigmented and super easy to blend the shadows.  I’ve been using this none stop for about a week now so I can say it’s my go to Pallete for me. I got this off the American ABH website and I think it was $40 or near enough that! My last 2 makeup posts I have used this palette so please check them out!

This is the Sleek i-Divine Pallete and it’s called ‘A New Day’. This costs around €12/€15 and it’s the first Sleek eyeshadow Pallete I ever had and I haven’t tried this yet so I might do a makeup look using this palette. You could get this in your local pharmacy/chemist or anywhere that sells drug store brands.

These are all the Highlighting palettes I got. (From Left to right) The first one is the SOSU Highlighter Kit by Suzanne Jackson. If you haven’t heard of her (are you living under a rock??) she is an Irish beauty blogger who also has her own makeup line, she sells this highlighting pallete, a cream/powder contour palette, nail varnishes and also fake eyelashes! She also has her own clothing line which she just released.

The smallest palette is the Sleek Highlighting Pallete called ‘solstice’. I haven’t tried this on my face yet but I have swatched them and they are very pigmented for the price which was around €6, again you can find this anywhere that sells drugstore makeup.

Lastly, the ABH Moonchild Highlighting Pallete.. oh my god the shade ‘Pink Heart’ gives me life.. I love it so much. Any baby pink highlighter I need in my life. Again, very pigmented, more than the last 2 and blinding on the face! I’m pretty sure I used this in my last 2 posts so check them out! I ordered this off the ABH website along with the Modern Renaissance Palette and was $40 also.

Next, some Wet n Wild products! These are the first products I got from Wet and Wild. I do have the brushes but these are the first makeup products I got and loved let me just say! Everything in this picture was under €10 each! Which is very cheap in my opinion.

The bronzer is my go to bronzer, so soft looking on the face and for only €6 it’s amazing.

I have a love/hate feeling towards the contour palette tho, yes it is very pigmented, goes on great on the face and looks so good but it has ALOT of fallout. This was also €6.

I got a blush in the shade ‘fanstasic plastic pink’ which is a super pretty soft looking blush.

Also a pressed powder in the shade ‘fair/light’, which I use to set my foundation. Both this powder and blush was €4.

Next is the 3 glitter pigments which were only €2 each! I tried using the gold one but there are quite tacky/sticky feeling and aren’t great for applying, if you YouTube them you’ll know what I mean but hey for €2 I couldn’t leave them in the shop before trying them.

Lastly, a brow pencil with a spooly at the end. This was only about €3/€4 I think, under €6 anyways! Again, very cheap, pigmented, perfect colour for me I love it but you do have to sharpen it a lot when using it which I don’t mind.

Over all I LOVE the Wet n Wild makeup products and brushes they are defiantly my favourite drugstore brand now!

If you want to see my brushes please go to my Instagram account ‘Laurens.Makeup’. There is also swatches of the SOSU Highlighting Pallete.

And finally! The Catrice Nude Illusion Loose Powder. This is about €6, can be bought in penneys or anywhere that sells drugstore makeup. I use this to ‘bake’ or to set my under eye concealer and it just leaves my under eyes looking nice and bright!

So that’s everything I got in December I hope you like this post because it took me ages! If you would like swatches of anything please comment below or if you have questions again comment below.

Have a very happy new year!!

Lauren xx
